The Island is the redevelopment of a 20 acre mixed use hotel resort project in Ft. Walton Beach, FL.
Developer's advisor on a $20mm renovation of an existing 335 room hotel.
The effort to date has included implementing a brand termination and negotiating a new franchise agreement.
